Send us photos or describe the space on WhatsApp. We confirm scope, hours and price within the same business day.

Walk-through & checklist

For recurring clients the lead cleaner walks the premises with you on visit one and writes the room-by-room checklist together.

Visit & report

The crew works the checklist. You get a photo report on completion plus a brief note on anything that needs your attention.

Re-clean if needed

Flag anything within 24 hours and we return at no extra charge. We track the fix in your file so it does not repeat.

Tropical humidity, monsoon dust and KL aircon condensate behave differently to anywhere else we have read about in international cleaning manuals. So we wrote our own. Every Cleariqo cleaner goes through a four-week induction covering surface care, chemical handling, allergen control and the small touches that make a Malaysian home feel cared for.

Frequent questions

Things people ask before booking

Do I need to supply cleaning equipment or products?
No. Our crew arrives with vacuum, microfibre kit, eco-graded detergents, mop systems and any specialist tooling required for the booking. If you prefer us to use a product you keep at home (because of a fabric or finish) just leave it out — we will note it on your file.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
Every Cleariqo team member is full-time staff, police-cleared and covered by our public liability policy up to RM250,000 per incident. Workmen compensation is separate and also in force.
How early do I need to book a recurring slot?
For weekly or fortnightly programmes we usually need four to five working days to confirm a regular crew. One-off bookings can often be slotted within 48 hours, especially for weekday daytime visits.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. If something on the agreed checklist is missed, message us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area at no extra charge. We also log the miss internally so the lead cleaner adjusts the next visit.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Subang Jaya, USJ, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur city centre, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Puchong and Shah Alam. Outside those zones we still take bookings case by case with a travel surcharge.
Can I pay by FPX or card?
We accept FPX, Maybank2u QR, card and corporate invoice with Net 14 terms. Cash is fine for ad-hoc visits. Tax invoices issued automatically for SSM-registered clients.
