Renovation residue is its own beast — cement powder gets into aircon trunking, paint splatter sets on tile grout, silicone smears coat new glass. We run a three-stage process to take a freshly handed-over unit to genuinely move-in ready.
Our three-stage scrub
- Stage 1 — rough out. Bag and bin all leftover debris, sweep grit, remove protective film from windows, doors, fittings.
- Stage 2 — wet wash. Walls, skirtings, doors, glass, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Aircon trunking and grills. Window tracks.
- Stage 3 — handover polish. Glass and mirror polish, floor mop + steam pass, vent and switch detailing, photo report on completion.
Most 2–3 bedroom condos take a four-person crew about a full day. We can split the crew over two days for occupied homes mid-renovation.

Wipe-down on every PVC trunking section. Loose dust pulled before your ID team installs grilles.
Window tracks & seals
Detail vacuum then damp-wipe. Sliding door seals checked for grit.
Silicone smear removal

Grout brightening
Soft-bristle brush + tile-safe agent on bathroom and balcony grout lines.
