Surface vacuuming only catches the top layer. Our hot-water extraction unit lifts dust mites, sweat residue and embedded soil out of sofa cushions, mattress fillings and area rugs — with a tight dry cycle so your sofa is usable the same evening.
What we treat

For leather or sensitive boucle fabrics we switch to a low-moisture encapsulation method. We always vacuum-test first and flag anything we wouldn't extract.
Inspection, pre-treat, extract, dry-pass
Fibre check
We test a hidden area of the piece for colour-fastness and fibre type before any solution touches it.
Enzymatic pre-treat
Stains and biological residues — sweat, pet — broken down with an enzymatic solution that's safe around kids and pets.
Hot-water extraction
Heated solution injected then vacuumed back out in the same stroke. Dirt leaves the cushion in the waste tank.
Dry-pass + air mover
A final dry-pass and a portable air mover cuts dry-time. Most sofas are usable within 2-4 hours.
