This policy describes how Cleariqo Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd handles personal data collected through cleariqo.bond and our day-to-day operations.
Who we are
"Cleariqo" refers to Cleariqo Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd (registration number 202401016732 (1632789-T)), a private limited company registered in Malaysia with its registered office at Lot 8, Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. We are the data controller for any personal data submitted through this website.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you choose to share with us. That generally falls into two buckets:
- Booking enquiries. Name, email address, mobile number (optional), suburb/postcode, service type, and the brief you write for us.
- Website telemetry. Pseudonymous information about how you reach and use this site — IP address, browser, pages visited, referrer. Only collected if you accept optional cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your booking enquiry, scope the visit and confirm a quote.
- To deliver the cleaning service you have booked and invoice for it.
- To maintain a record of your address preferences across recurring visits.
- To improve cleariqo.bond by understanding which pages help visitors and which don't.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data that doesn't convert to a booking is deleted from active systems within 12 months. Client data tied to actual visits is retained for seven (7) years from the last visit to satisfy Malaysian tax and accounting record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion of personal data unrelated to a visit.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with:
- The crew assigned to your address (name and access notes only).
- Our accounting and tax service providers for invoicing and compliance.
- Authorities where compelled by Malaysian law.
Your rights under the PDPA 2010
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, or limit how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected] with the subject line "PDPA request". We will reply within 21 days.
Security
Booking submissions travel over HTTPS. Our internal systems are accessible only to authorised staff via two-factor authentication. We carry public liability and data-incident insurance.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revision date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active recurring clients.
