Cleariqo started in 2016 as a two-person weekend operation cleaning friends' condos in Subang Jaya. Nine years later we are still small enough that every cleaner knows every site manager by name — and that is the way we like it.
Built around fewer clients, treated properly
We do not chase volume. The team is intentionally capped so every recurring client gets the same crew, same lead and the same checklist refined over time. When we open a new postcode we recruit and train before we take bookings, not after.
Our staff are all full-time, on EPF and SOCSO, and earn above the cleaning industry average. That is why our retention is north of 80% — and why the same cleaners often spend two or three years on a single client's address. It shows in the work.
