Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this site and the cleaning services Cleariqo Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd delivers. By engaging us, you agree to them.
1. Parties
"We", "us", "Cleariqo" refers to Cleariqo Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd, registration 202401016732 (1632789-T). "You" or "the client" is the individual or organisation booking our services.
2. Booking & quotes
A booking is confirmed only when we send a written quote and you reply with acceptance. Verbal confirmations on WhatsApp or phone are acknowledged but a written quote prevails. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
3. Scope of work
The agreed visit scope is whatever appears in the written quote or the playbook signed off at the start of a recurring contract. Work outside that scope on the day of the visit will be flagged and either added with your written consent or scheduled for a later visit.
4. Access
You are responsible for arranging building access for the crew (key drop, intercom, lift booking where applicable). If access is denied or delayed by more than 30 minutes through no fault of ours, the visit may be re-scheduled and a 25% retention fee applied.
5. Payment
One-off visits are payable on the day of completion via FPX, QR or bank transfer. Recurring contracts are invoiced monthly with Net 14 terms. Overdue invoices accrue a 1.5% per-month late fee. SSM-registered clients are issued tax invoices automatically.
6. Re-clean guarantee
If a checklist item is missed on a visit, notify us within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp. We will return within the next business day and re-clean the area at no extra charge. This does not extend to dissatisfaction with items outside the agreed scope.
7. Damage & liability
We carry public liability insurance to RM250,000 per incident. Damage caused by our negligence is covered by that policy after the standard claims process. Wear-and-tear on fittings, pre-existing damage, or natural failure of finishes are not covered.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled visit are free of charge. Within 48 hours, a 50% retention fee applies. Within 12 hours or no-show, full visit price applies. Recurring contracts require 30 days written notice to terminate.
9. Use of this website
The content on cleariqo.bond is for informational purposes. You may not copy, republish or commercially redistribute it without written permission. Trademarks and brand assets remain our property.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

We may revise these terms — the latest version is always at this URL with the revision date at the top.
